Cancellation Policy
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of other families and patients, please call 765-715-0409 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment OR send an email to fiftytwobeams@gmail.com.
We understand things happen unexpectedly! If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call and leave a message a minimum of 12 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow other patients access to that appointment time.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient the FULL PRICE -missed appointment fee.
If Fifty-Two B.E.A.M.S. cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and is subject to availability.
For new patients’ first appointments, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge and subject to a possibility of not rescheduling with Fifty-Two B.E.A.M.S.
